Family Access is a very easy tool to use! Once you have applied, please allow approximately three (3) to five (5) business days after your application has been submitted for your user name and password to be processed. After your application has been processed, a letter with your login and password will be mailed to your home or P.O. box. With your user name and password, you will be given the "address" for Family Access, or URL. Once you enter the address into your web browser, you can then access the Family Access web site. Once there, please bookmark the site or add it to your favorites so you can find it again. Your new user name and password should work flawlessly, and in the event you have a problem, you can email the Family Access Help Desk at < familyaccess@mlsd.org>. A staff member will reply to your request as soon as possible. Please note that Medical Lake School District does not support off-site technology or software applications. For specific computer or software problems, please consult your computer dealer or software vendor. |
